RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BenDesign, each mask is handmade and made to order after purchase. We need 2 to 4 business days to complete and prepare your order before shipping. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days depending on your country or region. Please note that public holidays or exceptional circumstances may slightly affect delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because each mask is handmade to order, it requires material cost, labor time, and production scheduling. This applies to change of mind, personal preference, or minor handmade variations, which are not considered defects.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives with a quality issue, transport damage, or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date with clear photos or videos. Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at: bendesignhelp@outlook.com
