At BenDesign, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Each mask is handmade and made to order after purchase. We need 2 to 4 business days to complete and prepare your order before shipping. We make sure it's perfect before it leaves our hands.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
If special promotions are available, such as free shipping above a certain order value, they will be clearly indicated on our website.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information so that you can monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
Delivery Address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
BenDesign is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping and Customs For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Delays and Exceptional Circumstances BenDesign is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at bendesignhelp@outlook.com and include your order number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date with clear photos or videos. We will not be able to process any compensation after this period.
